8. ACCEPTABLE USE

8.1 grahamriddellphotography.co.uk is primarily a service that enables customers to find stock images and buy related products and contractual photography services. 

8.2 grahamriddellphotography.co.uk is primarily focused on the UK market.

9. PRICING

9.1 grahamriddellphotography.co.uk publishes its annual ‘Fees and Prices’ on the web site menu which form the basis for all other pricing transactions on the site.

9.2 Graham Riddell Photography is non VAT registered (@June 2015) and does not charge or collect VAT. However, purchases made on grahamriddellphotography.co.uk may have VAT, tax  and delivery charges added which are required by the vendor or country destination.

9.3 Stock Image files are generally not sold directly through grahamriddellphotography.co.uk and are supplied by agreement to commercial customers for their use only, except where by private invitation to view and download files in private galleries for commissioning clients.

10. PURCHASES

All purchases made through grahamriddellphotography.co.uk web site are bound by zenfolio.com’s T&C. Notably, no purchases should be made with the intention of resale either privately or commercially and are sold to the purchaser for his or her private use.

11. PAYMENT

All transactions through grahamriddellphotography.co.uk are handled by Zenfolio except for commercial clients who shall be invoiced separately. All invoices raised by Graham Riddell Photography are due on completion of the work and not 30 days unless by prior agreement.

12. DELIVERY

Whilst every effort is made to ensure deliveries are made on time, grahamriddellphotography.co.uk cannot be held responsible for the performance of its vendors or software or technical issues arising from using grahamriddellphotography.co.uk. Any issues should be directed back to grahamriddellphotography.co.uk via the appropriate Contact channel.
